Matt Nye
Matt Nye is an innovative, self-starting, entrepreneurial project manager with more than two and a half decades of diversified expertise in technology, telecommunications, finance, marketing and communications. Nye has worked as a Regional Director for Verteks Consulting, a leading provider of voice and data networks for enterprise and government clients in Florida, since 2008, and is primarily responsible for new business development in the VoIP space.
In addition to his work at Verteks Consulting, Nye has taken on a number of leadership roles in local and national political and non-profit organizations. He is the Founder and Immediate Past Chair of the Republican Liberty Caucus of Central East Florida, the Organizer of the Brevard Tea Parties, the Immediate Past Chair and Treasurer of the Republican Liberty Caucus of Florida, the National Chairman of the Republican Liberty Caucus and the Treasurer for the Rotary Club of Suntree.
As the Organizer of the Brevard Tea Party and a former candidate for Brevard County Commission Nye is a frequently sought expert for local media on subjects like taxes, regulation, waste, fraud, abuse and transparency. In his capacity as National Chairman of the RLC he is frequently interviewed on issues pertaining to party politics and the role the liberty movement plays in today’s political landscape.
In July 2012, Nye filed the criminal complaint that led to the investigation, arrest and conviction of former Clerk of Courts Mitch Needelman and Blueware CEO Rose Harr. Lobbyist Matt Dupree took a plea deal.
Nye ran for the Florida House in 2018 against incumbent Thad Altman, and lost with 45% of the vote in the primary.

Alan Frisher

Alan began his career as a Financial Advisor in the year 2000 with American Express. During his three year career at American Express, Alan’s financial planning strategies earned him numerous awards and honors including the prestigious “Presidents Award for Strategic Planning.” Alan excelled at stock and bond analysis, relationship and estate planning and quickly became a well known Financial Advisor within his community.
A relationship was later formed with H & R Block Financial Advisors allowing Alan to expand his financial planning strategies to include tax planning and analysis. By working together with Estate Planning Attorneys and tax professionals, Alan helped design sophisticated strategies for his clients using tax efficient growth vehicles which increase wealth while limiting client risk.
